CURRY WATCHERS - MAKE IT HEALTHY 2021

Take 1 cup of Mung Dal
Rinse well and add 3 cups water & soak for 30 minutes.
Transfer the soaked dal to a pressure cooker or instant pit
Cook for 2 or 3 whistles on medium flame.
Once cooled blend to smooth paste
Take a big pan put 1 tablespoon of cooking olive oil & warm , once hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, curry leaves, hing.
Add the cooked dal and a smooth paste of ginger & garlic 1½ cup water. adjusting consistency as required. Add Salt & fresh lime juice & Cook Indian Curry masala
Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes or until the flavours are well absorbed.
finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and Golden Dal soup is ready to serve.

Chopped Coriander Leaves
I tsp Cooking Olive oil
