Mix Veg Soup
Half Boil carrot, beans, brocolli, baby corn.
In pan add butter, cabbage, sugar, and saute well
add half boiled vegetables.
add pepper powder, salt, soya sauce and maggi masala.
when it boils well add corn starch with little water .
finally add 2 spoon milk and garnish with sring onion.
Ingredients
1 carrot, 5 beans, half cabbage, 1 brocolli, 5 baby corn , corn startch, soya sauce, sugar, salt, pepper powder, 2 spoon milk, maggi masala, spring onion.

Soya Peas Chat
soak soya in hot water and squeeze it.
pulse grind in mixie and make it like grated.
in pan add oil then onion, tomato, ginger garlic . saute well and grind as paste.
in oil add chopped 1 onion, 1 tomato, grinded mixer and grinded soya , green peas, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt.
sprinkle little water and leave it to cook for 15 mins.
garnish with onion, panneer and coriander.

2 handfull soya, 1 cup green peas, 2 onion, 2tomatos, ginger garlic, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, panneer.
