Take a pan, heat the ghee . Put the grated pumpkin, cream and sugar. Keep on medium flame, cook for 20 to 25 mts keep stiring till the milk is soaked and become thicks. Then put elaichi and badam pieces. Serve hot.
2 cups grated yellow pumpkin, 1 cup fresh cream, 1 cup sugar, 2teaspoons ghee, 1 teaspoon elaichi powder, 4 badam.
