This is yazhini from madurai. We arranged traditional 9 steps golu as our main Golu. We arranged ramayana stories, wedding scene, marapachi couple with various choppu jaman at left side of main golu. Then we arranged thiruvilaiyadal puranam stories, fabric pandurangan & rukmani dolls and some wooden dolls at right side of main golu. We decorated 3 amman alangaram totally. For first 3 days, we decorated amman in small kalasam. Then middle 3 days, we decorated kamakshi amman in big kalasam. For last 3 days, we decorated meenakshi amman in kuthu vilakku. This year, our special theme was kulasai dasara festival. We kept kulasai mutharamman clay doll with golden background. We decorated small little plastic dolls as devotees who put kali make up and celebrated dasara. Hope u like our golu and special theme.
