INTRO

Hi this is Uma Kannan. I am doing Golu for past 5 years and except the first year, I've decided to produce different theme each year. This year, my theme is "Vishishtadvaita". We tried our best to replicate Srirangam, the active capital of Vishishtadvaita, temple. We built the Gopuram and “Sri Anandha Ranganathar” as Moolavar (main shrine). The great AadhiAnthaPrabhu (Ganesha and Hanuman half n half) and Ram Bakth Hanuman are graciously accepted to be the Dwarabalakars for Sri Ranga. How come, we make Sri Ranga happy without his favorite Aandal in Oonjal; so, we got her. The great Ramanuja, who stood as her brother and fulfilled Aandal's prayer of Akkaravadisal Naivedhyam, also joined with her. The great 12 Aalwars are virtually chanting 4000 Divya Prabanthams. Sri Lakshmi and Saraswathi are graciously giving darshan to us in the form of Pot with gold coins and Veena/Books respectively. We made Dwajasthambham and Garuda. Happy Navarathri!!!
