I have an elaborate golu every year. I have new steps set up where the steps collapse into each other. I plan the background such that the dolls show up nice and colorful. I dedicate a few steps to gods and then it more secular and include not just Indian dolls but international dolls. I collect dolls from wherever I travel. I have dolls from several places in India, srilanka, Egypt, Cambodia, japan, Korea, South America etc. apart from
That I create my own dolls for a story that I set up. This year’s story was Alibaba and 40 thieves. I created paper dolls and created clothes, beard , horses tail, automated cave, forest , music and sound effects, city set up etc. by myself using AI driven paper dolls.
