Step -1
Clean and chop Banana Flower Spanishes, Onion, Garlic, Gingers, Chillies.

Step 2 - Boil the Moong Dhaal with Turmeric power and half Salt.

Step - 3 - Heat the pan and add Seaseme Oil 1
Table spoon, add Mustard seed, few Urid dhaal, Cumin seeds, curry leaves chopped onion, gatlic, ginger, chillies, fry them until half cook.

Step 4 - Add Banana Flower, 2 different Spanish, mix them well.
Add salt.

Step 5 Add Moong Dhaal

Step 6 - Mix them well and Serve it

Banana Flower Vadai (Vaalaipou Vadai)

Name:- Banana Flower Vadai
(Vaalaipou Vadai)

Ingredients

Banana Flower -1
Channa Dhaal - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 2 Table Spoon
Fennal - 1 Table Spoon
Small Onion - 25
Garlic - 10
Ginger - 2 inch
Green chilli - 2
Red chilli - 5
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt for Taste
Oil - Fry

Step 1 - Soak the Channa Dhaal in water for 2 hours.

Step 2 - Peel and Clean the banana flowers and soak them in the buttermilk water (Prevents them from turning in to a dark colour)

Step 3 - Chop all the Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies, Coriander leaves and keep them in to one side.

Step 4 - Wash the Channa dhall and grind it into a thick coarse paste.

Step 5 - Remove the Banana flowers from the buttermilk and chop them in to small pieces.

Step 6 - Add all the above ingredients together with Rice flour and salt and make a vadai batter. (Please do not add any water.)

Step 7 - Make small balls

Step 8 - Heat the Oil

Step 9 -Check if the oil is ready for fry.

Step - 10 - Take one ball give small pressure until it becomes a flat shape like a Masal Vadai Shape.
Put the Vadai in the oil, fry it until golden brown colour.
(Banana flower vadai will become Dark brown golden colour)

Step 10 - Place them first in a
Kitchen paper towel first then Serve it.
