Oats and Makhana Laddos

Procedure :
Dry roast - Oats, Foxnuts and almonds separately . Transfer into a blender and make powder
Dry roast - sesame seeds , pumpkin seeds , flaxseed and dry coconut separately, at low temperature / heat.
In a pan add little ghee and fry Edible gums (to make crunchy/ goond phool).
In the same pan add jaggery powder and milk . Let it cook for few seconds. Keep ready the binding liquid ready.

Assmebling :
Mix all ingredients and bind it with jaggery and milk mix.
Add - rose petals and cardamom powder.
Gentle mix all and form them into balls .

*Store them in airtight container* .

1 cup foxnuts(makhana)
1/2 cup Oats
1/4 cup almonds
20gm dry coconut
1 tablespoon sesame seeds(white til)
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon pumpkin seed
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder(elaichi powder)
1 tablespoon Edible gum(goond)
Few strands of saffron(kesar)
2 tablespoon jaggery powder
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon milk
Few rose petals
