Procedure : Dry roast - Oats, Foxnuts and almonds separately . Transfer into a blender and make powder Dry roast - sesame seeds , pumpkin seeds , flaxseed and dry coconut separately, at low temperature / heat. In a pan add little ghee and fry Edible gums (to make crunchy/ goond phool). In the same pan add jaggery powder and milk . Let it cook for few seconds. Keep ready the binding liquid ready.
Assmebling : Mix all ingredients and bind it with jaggery and milk mix. Add - rose petals and cardamom powder. Gentle mix all and form them into balls .
*Store them in airtight container* .
