Sweet Potato paneer wrap

1.Marinate Paneer in yogurt mixed with dry masala, besan and keep in refrigerator for 1 hr
2. Boil sweet potato , mash it and add salt, jeera powder, chilli powder, ghee and make a soft dough
3. Grate carrot and add few drops of lemon juice
4. Add 1 tsp oil and saute onion and capsicum slices with salt and chaat masala
5. Grind Mint, coriander, jeera powder, salt, green chillies, lemon juice to make green chutney
6. Roast paneer on Tawa till both sides turn golden brown
7. Make roti's with the sweet potato dough
8. On a roti , spread green chutney, paneer, capsicum onion salad & carrot, roll it to wrap and enjoy!!!


Sweet potato roti
Sweet potato- 1 boiled
Wheat flour -2 cup
Jeera powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Cow ghee-1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt- 1tsp( as per taste)
Water - 1 cup

Coriander Mint chutney
Corainder- 1 cup
Mint-1 cup
Green chillies-2
Lemon juice - 1tsp
Salt - as per taste

Paneer Tikka
Paneer- 200 gms ( cut into pieces)
Besan-1 Tbsp
Thick curd-1 cup
Jeera powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1tsp
Chilli powder-1tsp
Amchur powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi-1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Oil - for roasting on Tawa

Carrot - grated for garnish
Capsicum- sliced 1 cup
Onion- 1 sliced
Chaat masala- 1tsp

Ragi Vegetable roti

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a soft dough. Make small balls of the mixture . Flatten it by hand on a greased banana leaf and roastit on a hot tawa with coconut oil till it completely cooked through.Vegetables can be added as per choice ( cabbage/ cucumber/ carrot). Serve with raita and home made achar.


Ragi flour- 2 cups
Rice flour- 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp (as per taste)
Coconut oil- 1tbsp
Coconut grated-1/4 cup
Hing-1/2 tsp
Carrot grated-1 cup
Onion- 1 onion chopped
Greenchilles - 2 Nos chopped
Curry leaves-2 sprigs
Coriander leaves- 1/4 cup
Water- 1 cup (as needed)
