This healthy nut bar is easy to make with all the good nuts that you have handy. Try to alter with the available nuts
In a bowl mix all the nuts and vanilla essence and maple syrup and give it a good mix
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius
Put this nut mixture in a baking paper lined square baking tin ( 8X8 inch)
Press it gently evenly and press it out Bake for about 25 minutes until the maple syrup gets caramelised and hold all the nuts together
Take out from oven and once it cooled down cut in to the shapes you want and store it in air tight container and have it as a snack whenever hungry.
