Sweet corn veg soup

Chop vegetables finely.
Then grind 2 tsp sweet corn to a paste.
In a vessel add all these along with 2 tbsp sweet corn and 2 cups of water. Mix well, close it and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
Then open and add salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
Make cornflour mix - 1 tsp in 1/2 glass water. Add this cornflour mix to soup and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes or until u get a nice consistency.
The hot, tasty and healthy sweet corn veg soup is ready to serve. Adjust salt and pepper levels according to your taste.


1 cup sweet corn kernels, 1 carrot, 5-6 beans, salt to taste, 1tsp pepper, a pinch of sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp corn flour, water 3 cups
