Take ghee in frying pan, put the grated pumpkin and cook for 5 mts. Then add milk and sugar and boil for 15 minutes. Keep stirring. Put chopped badam and its ready to eat.
1 cup grated yellow pumpkin, 2 cup milk , 1 cup sugar, 4to 5 chopped badam, 2 spoon ghee.
Cut pumpkin and tomato into small pieces. Boil tomato, pumpkin, coriander stems, curry leaves in a pressure cooker for 4 whistles. Then let it cool down., then grind it in a mixie and strain it . Then add 1 glass of water and salt to taste. Boil it and serve hot.
1 cup yellow pumpkin, 1 big tomato, 1cup coriander stems , few curry leaves, salt .
