Samosa pie
First preparar dough/ pastry by using above ingredients. Consistency of dough should be medium
Divides dough in two portion. Take one portion and roll a disc
Roll other portion and roll another disc
Divides second disc into long 1/2 inch stripes
For filling
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds . Once seeds cracked add spices and add boiled potatoes and sweet corn and peas add cashew and fresh grapes
Take a baking tray or pie disc. Grease disc and put rolled disc on the tin. Add filling on the pie. Cover pie with stripes and baked in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree celcious
Ingredients
Pastry
Self raising flour 2 cups
2 table spoons semolina
Salt to taste
2 table spoon yogurt
1 table spoon oil
1 table spoon dried fenugreek leaves or handful fresh fenugreek leaves
1/ 2 teaspoon black papers
For filling
1 large boiled potatoes
Hand full boiled peas and sweetcorn
Hand full of cashews
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon of pomogranate powder
Few fresh grapes
1 table spoon oil for tadaka
1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds
