Chia seed pudding
Mix first chia seeds, maple syrup,cocoa powder overnight and refrigerate..
Add milk , add fruit in the morning..

Chia seeds : 3 tbsp
Maple syrup: 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder : 1 tsp
Milk : 1 cup
Fruit: Any

Paneer Bhurji
In kadai, add oil , add cuming seeds , then add onion sauté well . Then, add tomatoes sauté well. Turns soft and mushy ..
Add turmeric, add garam masala , add salt.. sauté with low flame . Add paneer mix gently. Close the lid with 2 mins .. Mix it gently..
Ingredients
Paneer : one cup
Onion : 1 finely chopped
Tomato :2 finely chopped
Oil : 2 tsp
Cuming seeds : 1/2 tsp
Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli : half tsp
Garam masala : half tsp
