Green gram Dhokla
Serves 4- Take 1 cup green gram(moong),soak it overnight or 6-7 hours, add rock salt and grind it, then steam it with cooker or take a pan with hot water(still boiling) put the grounded moong dal paste on a turned plate and let it get the steam from the water beneath, it will be cooked, The dish will be ready in 2-5 minutes, you can add chilli powder,desi cow ghee,coriander as topping as per your taste, if taken with green chutney(chilli,coriander,pudina) it enhances the taste
