Red Rice Kollukattai
1) add one tea spoon of coconut oil (5ml to 10ml) heat the oil for 1 minutes
2) add mustard seed (1/2 tea spoon) and let it crackle
3) add channa dal and urid dal (each 1/2 tea spoon) heat until it turn golden brown ( maybe in 30 seconds)
4) add coconut(5gram) and green chilli (2no) heat for 30 seconds
5) add these into socked and grinded red rice
6) make it as ball shape as you like
7) steam and its ready
