Horse gram peas dosai
soak horse gram and moon dal for 2 hrs. grind all the ingredients and make it as a thick batter. add salt.
check for consistency for pouring dosa.
yummy along with coconut chutney and onion chutney
protein rich food.
1 cup Horse gram, 1 cup peas, 1/2 cup moong dal, 1 sp cumin, coriander leaves, 1 inch ginger, 5 green chilli, salt, hing powder, 5 small onions.
Veg Cabbage Noodles
saute cabbage and spinach in butter with little pepper and salt.
in oil add chopped garlic, green chilli.
saute boiled brocolli, half boiled carrots and beans. add capsicum, mushroom, pepper and salt. add little sugar.
fry onion in a mesh for smoke.
add these sauted ingredients along with cabbage spinach base.
garnish with fried cashew.
Cabbage, brocolli, carrot, beans, garlic, pepper powder, salt, mushroom, spinach, onion, soya sauce, green chilli, sugar, capicum, cashew.
Veg Moong Cake
saute onion, tomato, mushroom, salt, chilli powder, cotiander powder, cinnamon,cloves and keep mushroom subji seperately.
saute cabbage with butter , salt and pepper seperately.
saute broccoli, onion, tomato, panneer, salt, pepper, soya sauce seperately.
coarse grind soaked moong dal, 1 tomato, ginger, red chilli seperately.
in a baking pan keeping butter paper arrange moong dal base, mushroom as next layer, cabbage layer, add grated cheese and finally brocolli layer. garnish with grated cheese and coriander leaves. bake for 30 min.
serve hot. veg moong cake is ready.
