Brinjal (Egg plant) - Kathirikai chutney
Add onions, potatoes, tomatoes, brinjal, chilly, turmeric powder and salt and pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
On opening, mash it and season with fried mustard seeds, urid dhal and curry leaves.
3 cups brinjal, 2 cups potato, 1 onion, 2 small tomatoes, fresh chilly, turmeric powder, salt, mustard seed, urid dhal, curry leaves
Peppers, peanut chutney
Fry 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 1 cup peanuts, dry chillies, tamarind. Grind to a paste.
Season with fried mustard seeds, urid dhal and curry leaves.

Soak, 1 cup Raw rice, 1 cup boiled rice, 1 cup channa dhal, 1 cup toor dhal, 1/4 cup moong dhal, 1/4th cup red lentils, for 3 hours
Grind it along with chillies to a smooth paste.
Then add asafetida, salt to taste and make dosas
Raw Rice, Boiled rice, toor dhal, moong dhal, channa dhal, red lentils, dry chillies, asafetida, oil, salt (as necessary)
