Bana and Oats Breakfast Smoothie
1. Chop banana (no need to chop sliced frozen banana) and dates
2. Throw all the ingredients in the blender and blitz
Ingredients
Ripe Banana -1, fresh or frozen
Dates - 2
Oates - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 5
Sunflower seeds - 1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder- 1/4 tsp
Milk of your choice - 200ml ( diary, soya, almond)
