LEMON RICE

Procedure..

1:Initially add rice to a bowl along with lemon juice and salt

2:Mix well and check for seasoning.keep it aside

3:Meanwhile Heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it

4:As oil becomes hot add in mustard seeds

5:As it crackles add red chillys,and chana daal

6:Saute for a while and add cashews and peanuts

7:Mix it well and add ginger and green chillys

8:Saute them well and add turmeric powder

9:Mix it and add previously prepared rice mix into it

10:Serve it hit with pickle raitah and papad
Healthy and delicious recipe is ready


Mix everything well and continue sauting for another 4-5 minutes

Boiled and cooked rice(sona masoori) 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Oil 2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds 1/4 tspoon
Dry whole red chillys 1-2
Broken cashews 1 tablespoon (optional)
Peanuts 1 tablespoons (optional)
Chana dal 2 tablespoons
Chopped green chilly 1-2
Chopped ginger 1 tspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tspoon
Salt to taste

RAISIN NUT BALLS

PROCEDURE:
1:Initially add pistachios into a blender and blend into a fine powder

2;Heat up a pan on medium flame and add ghee into it
Once ghee becomes hot add in raisins and saute until they are blown up

3:Switch off the flame,wait for a while and add raisins into the blender and blend along with pistachio powder as fine as possible

4:Finally add 1-2 biscuits and blend again

5:Laddoo mix is ready,take some onto ur palms and shape to form laddoos

6:Once all the ladoos are shaped dip them in sugar and serve!!!
Very easy ,yet healthy and delicious!!!

Note;
U may find difficulty in grinding raisins, but try to grind as smooth as possible, do not water
If both raisins are not available, no worry's...u can still make the recipe with the raisins available to u,it will be still tasty,but only thing to be kept in mind is,raisins should be sweet for better results

GREEN PEAS PURIS

PROCUDURE:
1:Firstly add green peas,chilly and cilantro into a blender and make a smooth paste(add some water for blending if required)

2:In a large bowl add all the other ingredients mentioned along with this paste

3:Knead into a hard dough

4:Let it rest for 15-20 minutes
Knead it again and make small balls from the dough and roll into puris

5:Heat up oil in a pan and as oil becomes hot add puri into it

6:Flip and cook on both sides until golden brown

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cups
Boiled and cooked green peas 3/4 cup(fresh/frozen/dried)
Chopped green chilly 1
Chopped cilantro 2-3 tablespoons
Garam masala 1/2 tspoon
Oil for kneading and frying puris
Salt to taste
