DILL IDLY

Method:-
Clean the Dill leaves and chopped finely
Heat oil with ghee in a pan add gi ginger, chilli paste to fry add onion, curry leaves,ginger,coriander leaves and add Dill leaves to mix and sprinkle the water cover and cook soften make sure the moisture from the Dill leaves evopetayes before removing from the flame. Then allow to cool.
Then the Idly batter add the cooked Dill leave masala, cooking soda add salt mixed well.
And steam withIdly plates served the cooked Idly with ghee or butter or coconut chutney.
It is for 4 members.

1 bunch Dill leaves( methi leaves)
1 onion finely chopped
5 spring coriander leaves chopped
5 spring curry leaves finely chopped
3 cup Idly batter
2 Tb.spoon ginger paste
2 Tb.spoon chilly paste

1 pinch cooking soda
1 pinch hinges
2 Tb.spoon oil
1 Tb.spoon ghee

BEETROOT SALAD (FIRELESS COOKING)

Take a bowl add the above
Ingredients one by one and mixed well. That's all.
Beetroot salad ready to serve.

SIPPIKKUL MUTHU (KOZHUKKATTAI)

METHOD:-
Take the millet ( Thenai power) in a bowl add the honey and mixed well and make very small balls.
Take the Dates remove the seed
and put the millet ball instead of the seed. Then filling is ready.
THIS IS LOOKS LIKE A SIPPIKUL MUTHU.
Then heat the pan with 2cups of water add 2 tbsp gingelly oil , salt to boiled it. Then add rice flour, ragi flour mixed well and cool of it when it is still warm enough knead it in a soft dough.
Make the dough to small balls and to apply with oil onto your palm. This will prevent the dough from sticking and also will shaping the kozhukattai nicely.
Then press the ball of dough with your palm and flatten it and then shaping the dough and put into filling to close it very gently and steam it and served the kozhukattai.
This is serve 3 members
It will take 30 minutes.
Kozhu katia can be sweet or even spicy steamed dumplings they can have different fillings
