This ladoo is a tasty protein rich food, especially good for growing kids to build good muscels also good for girls who are on the verge of getting puberty..It's a snack option which can also be easily given as their school snack.. They are delicious so kids love it...Dry ginger powder and black pepper powder will help the dish get digested so that all the nutrients can be absorbed by our body..

Ingredients
Palm sugar 2 cups
Sesame seeds 1 cup ( white/black)
Black urad dal 1 cup
Dry ginger 1/2 teaspoon
Cardomam 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - pinch
Melted ghee as per requirement

Method
Dry roast black urad dal and sesame seeds seperately and powder it
Grind palm sugar
Mix all the three ingredients
Add dry ginger powder, cardomam powder to the mixture..
Add melted ghee and make it in ladoo form...
