Tell us about your Golu
Although it is not in our practice to keep golu, I was fascinated a year ago when I saw it in a shop. I saved 1000rs every month and planned to visit Chennai to buy them.
But corona virus had other plans. Since we could not travel, I ordered all the dolls online. Plus on knowing that I will be arranging dolls this year for the first time, my relatives and friends donated either dolls or money.
Since budget for golu stand was not available this time, my brother came over to set up the stand with old carton boxes.
Golu dolls have not only made navarathri special and colourful, but also brought family and friends together
