The theme of our Golu this year is 'Celebration'.
Navaratri is the longest festival celebrated in Indian Culture spanning across 9 nights and 10 days.
Our main Golu Celebrates various forms of Hindu Gods and Gddesses.
We have celebrated Deiva Thiruvilayadalgal of the Siva Kutumbam.
We have celebrated the hero's of the two main Epics of Indian Culture Rama and Krishna by way of covering events from their birth and life.
We celebrate childhood and the child in each of us by way of stories from Panchatantra and Jataka Tales.
We have celebrated Temples and Utsavams by way of Nava Narasimhars, Garuda Sevai, Murugan Kavadi and other worship in temples.
We have celebrated the harvest season in a village with our village layout.
We have also covered main life events in Human life by way of Pen Azhaippu, Kalyanam, Valaikappu, Kadhu Kuthu, Grahapravesam, Pongal thiruvizha and Saraswati Pooja.
Life itself is a celebration. This Navaratri we have celebrated the Divine and the Devotee by way of Dolls.
